Come Celebrate With Us Tonight!
bePortland turns one this month, and it's been quite a ride this past year since we launched. But we're ready to celebrate with the city that we love!
To mark the occasion we're throwing a huge party at Holocene TONIGHT, Thursday July 12th with some of our favorite musicians and local businesses.
The evening's entertainment will feature a trio of fantastic local bands that we've covere 1c45 d throughout the year, like Animal Eyes, Fault Lines (formerly the Angry Orts), and Tango Alpha Tango. Also DJ Doug Ferocious will be laying down beats throughout the night. Attendees will also have a chance to check out performance art curated by local art fanatics Research Club.
Yeah, that's all a good deal for $6, but here's the kicker -- we'll be offering attendees a FREE KEG of Burnside Brewery's finest until it runs dry. So you may want to get there right at the 8:30pm start time to take full advantage. But that's not all, we'll also have free food from local vendors, and lots more suprises in store.
In addition, we will be having a raffle with over $1000 worth of prizes from local businesses. You'll receive one free raffle ticket with admission, but you'll have the chance to purchase more tickets at the bePortland table to raise your chances of winning a huge prize.
Also, we'll have a group of our favorite small businesses and organizations, such as Banana Stand Media, PDX Pop Now!, Tapalaya, Hungry Heart Cupcakes, Brewvana Tours, No Limits Stickers, and more.
