PDX Pop Now! Unveils All-Ages Festival Line Up
9th Annual Festival Happens July 20-22nd
PDX Pop Now! -- Portland's premier local music advocacy organization - has announced the line up for the 9th annual festival.
PDX Pop Now! will be returning to Refuge PDX (116 SE Yamhill, Portland, OR 97214) on July 20th - 22nd for the free, all-ages festival that showcases Portland's 2000 diverse musical talent. This year's festival will feature indoor and outdoor sets from 1939 Ensemble, AAN, Arohan, AU, Batmen, Battle Hymns and Gardens, Bruxa, Charts, Chrome Wings, Cloudy October (with Hostile Tapeover & Rasheed Jamal), Dana Buoy, Edna Vazquez, Eight Bells, Grandparents, Hausu, Illmaculate, Jeffrey Jerusalem, JonnyX and the Groadies, K-Tel '79, Like A Villian, Litanic Mask, Lord Dying, the Miracles Club, Neal Morgan, Old Wars, Onuinu, the Parson Redheads, Pulse Emitter, Pure Bathing Culture, Radiation City, Sassparilla, Sean Flinn & The Royal We, Secret Drum Band, the Shivas, Shy Girls, Smegma, Sons of Huns, Strategy, Support Force, TxE, Vice Device, White Fang, White Hinterland, XDS, and Youthbitch.

The 2012 PDX Pop Now! compilation is now available for purchase as well. Proceeds from sales of the album go towards funding the festival and the rest of organization's activities. The 9th installment of the heralded compilation features 40 tracks, including music from M. Ward, Y La Bamba, Onuinu, Radiation City, AU, Sun Angle, Rose, Tu Fawning, and more.
