Brewvana Brewery Tours is hosting a tour from Portland to Bend for beer lovers and connoisseurs alike for the Lil Woody Barrel Aged Beer and Whiskey Festival on Saturday, September 1st from 9 AM–midnight. For a full day of fun, tickets are $80 per person, and the 1af6 y include transportation both ways, admission to the fest, commemorative tasting glass, 10 drink tokens, beer journal and a pretzel necklace.
The Lil Woody celebrates the ancient brewing techniques of the past, when brewers aged their beer in oaken casks. Come taste beers adapted by American craft brewers who feature beers aged in wine, whiskey, and oak barrels, lending unique flavors that intensify the beer. The Little Woody Fest was created to commemorate one of Central Oregon’s cultural hallmarks – craft beers.
Hold on to your beer, because there’s a lineup of local musicians and comedy on the Little Woody Stage to keep you laughing and your toes tapping. From ukuleles and back porch style music to Celtic-Slavic punk rock, the Little Woody provides the perfect sounds to accompany some rockin’ good beer.
