On Monday October 15th Nostrana is having a special dinner event. Nostrana is proud to have Bruce Aidells, the nation’s expert on sustainable and delicious meat. He will be presenting and cooking his recipes, which are fool proof and mouth watering. These will become go-to recipes again and again in your home.

 

Whether the cook sh 1895 ops at the local farmers’ market or the supermarket, The Great Meat Cookbook is the definitive guide to the new landscape. In sidebars illustrated with color photographs of each cut, Aidells shows how to pick the best steaks, chop, roasts, and ribs.
