Brewvana & The New School VIP Eugene Tour
Including Oakshire Brewing and Ninkasi Brewing Tours
Brewvana Brewery Tours is teaming up with The New School once again, this time for a VIP Eugene Tour. The tour will take place Saturday, November 3rd from 9:00 am – 7:00 pm, visiting Oakshire Brewing, Ninkasi Brewing, Oakshire’s new barrel-aging facility, 16 Tons Taphouse and B 1b7f ottleshop and Falling Sky Brewing House.
The tour hits the road to Eugene Saturday morning stopping first at Oakshire, a 15-barrel production brewery, to meet brewmaster Matt Van Wyk who will be co-hosting the tour. Following a tour of his facility and tastings of their beer the tour moves on to Ninkasi for a special VIP experience and tasting. Opened just six years ago equipped with a 15-barrel system Ninkasi is one of the fastest growing breweries in Oregon, now boasting a 50-barrel system. Next up, Matt treats the tour to a sneak peak at Oakshire’s new barrel-aging facility and future home to a new tasting room. The fourth stop will be the only non-brewery location, 16 Tons Taphouse and Bottleshop, owned by Mike Coplin. After a beer there the tour heads to Falling Sky Brewing House which has recently installed two new brite tanks. Owner/brewer Jason Carriere will be there to offer a VIP experience and dinner before the tour makes its way back to Portland.
