The new Slide Inn is a corner gathering spot serving Modern American favorites with a global flair.

 

Set in an inviting mid-century modern inn, you’ll find a creative blend of talent from a husband and wife team Eugene & Lenor Bingham. Traditional favorites are served such as Cascade Natural beef hamburgers, Mac n Cheese, house made Hungarian and turkey, apple sausages and unique Fondue choices, but it doesn&rsqu 1874 o;t end there.

 

A new favorite is their goat cheese and cranberry ravioli served in a carrot ginger broth.

 

They bake all our own desserts as well as our own pumpernickel bread and lye dunked pretzels. There are many options for vegetarians and gluten free diets. For brunch, Kaiserschmarrn, which was originally prepared for the Kaiser, can be enjoyed along with their gluten free roasted yam waffle with ground clove served with maple or ginger syrup. Another healthy and delicious option is their vegan rice flour waffle served with agave lavender syrup.

 

Behind their restaurant they have their own Organic garden where some or most of their kale, swiss chard, tomatoes, herbs, arugula are grown during summer months.
